A noticeboard widget will display any notices you have lined up.
Nothing will show if here are not any notices.
Items will display when their 'show-from date' arrives.
They will fall off / not be displayed when their 'show-until date' arrives.
If you have selected 'Featured' then the notiice will turn into a text scroller along the top of the website
The idea is that you can line up/add important events that have confirmed dates- The notices will not show until the date you set eg "Reminder, school finishes early this week @1:30pm"
